quickly established itself in the areas of Residential
Property Survey & Valuation. However, we can trace our roots back to 1937, when WJ
McCormick set up an office in Belfast as a Valuer &
Estate Agent.
We have established a valuable reputation among lenders and property professionals in the areas of Survey & Valuation and offer a range of services to include the standard Building Society type valuation & the RICS Homebuyer report & survey. The practice can refer commercial property instructions to other practices if required.
