 
Hugh McCormick BSc MRICS
Qualified as a chartered surveyor back in 1978. Hugh has worked in private practice for over 30 years and has wide experience in the residential property market. He has also worked on the NIHE Home Condition Survey Team on a number of occasions & is on the Rent Assessment Panel of the Dept for Social Development. He serves as an Assessor for the RICS and has led several training events for the Homebuyers Report. He is also qualified as a Domestic Energy Surveyor. Paul Patterson BSc MRICS Qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1991, Paul works in association with McCormick Foy to provide residential survey & valuation reports. He has wide experience in the residential market in Northern Ireland and also qualified as a Domestic Energy Assessor.  |
